If i am unable to attend, can i get a refund?
Unfortunately, we DO NOT issue refunds. The logistics of setting up and planning the event make it impossible. If for some reason you can’t make it to race day, we do offer transfers of registration up until 48 hours prior to race time.
Is the Glow the night 5k timed?
The Glow the Night 5k is not timed. We suggest self-timing for runners who desire a finishing time.
What do I do with my stuff?
It is probably best to carry a small drawstring bag with you or leave your valuables in your car.
Do you donate to a charity or cause?
Yes, we present a check to the selected local charity at the beginning of the event during gathering.
Do i need to be a runner to do this?
No, this run is meant to be enjoyed with family and friends. Glow through the night and then dance it away at the epic dance party.
Are Pets allowed at the event?
No, pets are NOT allowed on the premises of the event.
What comes with my registration?
Runners will receive a custom glow race shirt, Glow the Night race bib number, glow sticks, and entrance to the Foam Glow 5k After Party.
Is there a charge for parking?
Yes, parking is $5 at every event unless it is a city owned parking venue that charges their own fee.
When and where can i get my packet?
Packet pickup is typically held the day before the event. Specifics of each run’s packet pickup location and time can be found on the event’s page about two weeks before the event.
Can I pick up my friends packet?
Yes, we do allow people to pick up packets for other people (team member, family, friends). As long as their waiver has been signed online (generally done during registration) you will just need to present their confirmation email. That way, we know you have permission to get your friends’ stuff!
DO I HAVE TO WEAR THE SHIRT PROVIDED?
No you do not! You can wear whatever shirt you like to the event.
Do I have to wear a shirt during the run?
Men may go shirtless and women may run in a sports bra.
